Plaid pattern sheets and yarn recipes
Use this with a specific PlaidSpec pattern sheet and a physical swatch. Record the mill’s corrections before sampling. The digital sheet is a design brief; construction and color must be confirmed by the mill.
Review with the mill

| Repeat and scale | Warp and weft repeat in ends/picks and finished dimensions; balanced or asymmetric placement; garment panel alignment. |
| Yarn and weave | Yarn count, fiber, construction, sett, weave, finishing, and viable loom width. |
| Color targets | Each Pantone TCX reference against physical standards, lab dips, and approved lighting. Note any substitutions. |
| Sampling | Strike-off or woven sample, expected shrinkage, hand feel, and review date. |
| Commercial | Minimums, lead time, usable width, estimated cost, and waste assumptions. |
| Approval | Named reviewer, date, approved revision, and open changes before bulk commitment. |
