Membership, account access, and design development explained.
What does membership cost?
Professional membership is $29.99 USD per month. Stripe checkout shows the total before payment.
Do I need ChatGPT to sign in?
No. You can create an email account and verify your address, or continue with ChatGPT.
Can I switch between email and ChatGPT?
Those sign-in methods currently create separate workspaces and billing records, even if the email address matches. Use the method associated with your saved designs. Contact Info@PlaidSpec.com before switching or purchasing a second subscription.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Sign in, open Membership, and choose Manage billing to use the Stripe billing portal. Review the portal’s cancellation confirmation and access-end date.
Why do I not see a reset email?
Password reset applies to registered email accounts. Check spam and the address used during registration. A ChatGPT-only account uses ChatGPT sign-in and does not have a PlaidSpec email password. Contact support if delivery still fails.
Are the digital colors production approvals?
No. TCX references and screen previews help development. Confirm physical standards, lab dips, yarn, weave, and finishing with your mill.
Can I use my own designs?
Yes. You are responsible for having permission to use any artwork or references you upload. PlaidSpec does not claim ownership of your original uploaded designs. See the service terms for the scope of use.
What should I do first?
Start a plaid, set its yarn sequence and scale, save the design, then export a pattern sheet. The Guides section walks through each step.
How do I get help?
Email Info@PlaidSpec.com with the page, action, and error message. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
